My colleague swore by AI transcription for client notes and I finally caved

Jenny from accounting told me last month that using an AI note taker during our listing appointments would save me 3 hours a week. I tried Otter.ai on my last 2 walkthroughs and it caught every buyer complaint about the old carpet and the weird basement smell that I always forget. Has anyone else found a specific AI tool that actually cuts down your paperwork time?
