Spent $40 on an AI writing helper and it saved my whole project

I was stuck writing a big report for a community group and paid for a month of Jasper. It helped me get past the blank page and organize my ideas in a couple hours. Without it, I would have missed the deadline for sure. Has anyone else tried a tool like this for creative blocks?

Glad it worked out for you, deadlines are the worst. @davis.olivia has a point about Jasper being for marketing, but if it got the job done, who cares? I use a free one called Wordtune when my brain just freezes up on emails.

Actually, Jasper's a content marketing tool, not a writing helper.

So what does that make it then?

Ugh, this is such a thing now. Honestly, it feels like everything has to be in its perfect little box with the exact right label. If a tool helps someone write something, then it helped them write. Tbh, we get so caught up in what something is supposed to be for that we miss what it actually does. It just reminds me of people arguing over brands when a generic works fine. The need to correct someone over it is the weird part to me.
