My sister in law said air frying is just a lazy oven, so I timed both on the same batch of wings
She dropped that line at a cookout in Tulsa a couple weeks back and I couldn't let it go. So I grabbed 2 pounds of wings, split them, and ran one batch in the air fryer at 400 for 22 minutes and the other in the oven at 425 for 45 minutes. The air fryer ones came out crisp with no flipping and no preheat, and the oven ones were fine but greasy on the bottom. If a lazy oven gets me there in half the time, sign me up. What's the one recipe that finally won someone over in your house?
