Gotta admit, I used to roll my eyes at those posts and just lump them all together as trash. Your point about tracing them back is fair though. I looked into one of those 'this simple trick will break your brain' math problems and the original was actually a professor just starting a discussion about different ways to solve things. Still clickbait for sure, but not as malicious as I assumed. It changed how I look at them a little bit, at least until the next obvious fake one pops up.

Usually I'm the first person to say don't mix anything with bleach except water, but you saying you do it all the time without dying makes me reconsider. I guess if someone really knows the chemistry and does it in a well ventilated space it's not automatically a death sentence like the internet says. Still feels like playing with fire to me but I've never actually tried it so what do I know. Maybe the danger warnings are more for people like me who would just slosh stuff together without thinking.

dubbed kung fu movie lol thats a good way to put it. i get what you mean but honestly i think people get too worked up over lip syncing. like yeah its off sometimes but who cares that much? if the content is interesting i barely even notice. the whole thing feels like a nitpick to me. definitely not the biggest tell in the world either.

Haha yeah, that "can't force someone to participate" part is spot on. It's wild how much tech we throw at problems that are really just about people not doing their part. I see it everywhere now, like smart home stuff that's supposed to save energy but only works if everyone in the house actually turns off the lights. It's like we forgot that gadgets can't replace basic human responsibility. So frustrating paying for a solution that only half works because the other person won't even open the app.
