Remember when frozen fries were just soggy oven disasters?
My air fryer changed that completely, turning a bag of store-brand crinkles into something crispy in 15 minutes. Anyone have a go-to seasoning blend for them now?

What's the best thing you've accidentally made in the air fryer? I once forgot I had a bag of those frozen chickpeas in the back, tossed them in with some random spices, and they came out like the best bar snack ever.

Honestly sounds like a happy accident but are we calling chickpeas a life changing snack now? What spices did you even use?

Toss them in a little oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a ton of black pepper. That combo is perfect, gives it a smoky kick without being too spicy. I'll sometimes add a tiny bit of brown sugar for a sweet and salty thing. Makes even the cheapest fries taste like they came from a restaurant.
