Warning: Don't try to air fry frozen burritos like I did last night

I threw in two frozen bean and cheese burritos at 400°F for 12 minutes like the package said. The outside came out rock hard and burnt, but the middle was still ice cold. Had to microwave them anyway to finish, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. Has anyone found a frozen burrito that actually works in an air fryer without turning into a disaster?

Oh man, that sounds about right. Air fryers seem to work great for things that are already cooked but terrible for anything frozen that needs to actually thaw. It's like the universe's way of reminding us that shortcuts always have a catch.

Oh for real, try throwing them in the microwave for a minute first, that usually helps.
