Started tracking how long people actually stay in conversations instead of just who talks the most.

Yeah I just read about this in Harvard Business Review actually, they found that people who talk less but stay longer in conversations are seen as more engaged. @garcia.jake you're onto something real here, I bet the quiet people who stick around are the ones actually building trust. Tbh most of the loud talkers just dominate the airtime and leave early anyway.
