Hot take: techs keep replacing ice maker assemblies when the fill tube in the freezer door is just frozen solid
I've pulled 6 perfectly good Whirlpool units out of Haverhill kitchens since January because nobody checked the 3 inch fill tube behind the door bin first, so has anyone else noticed the diagnosis rate going up since the newer models moved that tube deeper?
