My boss keeps piling on service calls without checking if I can handle them.
This nonstop schedule is gonna make me walk out one day.

Ugh, that's the worst. My old boss did the same thing. What worked for me was sending a weekly update with all my open calls and asking which ones to focus on first. It forced them to see the backlog and usually they'd back off or get me help. Might not fix everything but it shifts the blame off you when things pile up.

My cousin tried that update trick and her boss just added more meetings to discuss the list.

Honestly just started writing everything down. Like every time something weird happened, I dated it and saved it in a notes app on my phone. When I finally brought it up, having those exact dates and what was said made it real, not just me complaining. They couldn't brush it off as nothing when I had a list going back months.
