I finally called my ISP after 2 years of slow internet and they fixed it in 5 minutes
Last Tuesday I spent 45 minutes on hold and the guy just replaced my modem from 2019 and now my download speed went from 12 Mbps to 120, has anyone else been too lazy to make that call for way too long?

Hold on, slow down. You're saying you were HAPPY they fixed it that fast? That just proves they COULD have done it years ago but chose not to. I bet they KNEW your modem was old and just let you suffer. Now you're rewarding them with praise for finally doing their job. I'd be more angry than grateful if I were you.
