I mean, idk maybe it's just me but their quick fixes never hold up. Saw three cars back in a week with the same coolant leak.

Wait, "patching things instead of fixing them right" is exactly it. It's crazy they keep doing that when everyone knows the problem will just come back worse. That kind of short term thinking drives me up the wall, because you just end up paying for it twice. Don't they ever learn?

Spot on. Seen it with software updates too. They push a quick fix that breaks something else next week. Then you're stuck waiting for another patch. It just wastes everyone's time. Would be better to take a little longer and solve the root cause. Saves so much hassle down the road.
