Pin map threw a fit after a lightning strike near the ramp
Last Tuesday in Phoenix, a storm rolled through and took out three of our pin maps on the same tail. The lightning didn't hit us directly, but the surge still fried the boards. I spent four hours swapping units and re-running the loop test, then found the real issue was a ground bond on the aft belly skin. Has anyone else dealt with surge damage that didn't leave any burn marks?

Man, that ground bond finding after all that swapping is rough, I feel for you. Surge damage without burn marks is sneaky, it can travel through the bonding and kill things in ways you'd never expect. Glad you caught it, that's the kind of thing that makes you lose sleep over what else might be hiding.
