Paid $2,100 for a batch invoicing tool, my entire billing cycle broke
Last month I bought a subscription to an automated invoicing platform for my B2B clients. Paid $2,100 upfront for the year, and it kept duplicating line items on one large order, which a client caught before paying. The support team took 6 days to answer and blamed my data format. Has anyone else had a smaller tool fail silently like that and what did you switch to?

Wait, 6 days for support is fast. Most of em take 2 weeks plus to even reply.
