Man, this hits home. My buddy ran a small design shop and did the same thing, dropped his blast tool and started mailing 10 real letters a week with a little sketch on each one. Within two months he had 4 new clients and one of them told him straight up it was because the note felt like a human wrote it. Wild how low the bar is now, we just stopped acting like people.
