Team glass loaf pan beats metal every time after my cornbread disaster
I argued with my sister for months about this. She swore by her dark metal pan for cornbread. But after three burnt bottoms and a dry crumb, I switched to a Pyrex 8x4 and got a perfect golden crust with moist center every single time since last November. Has anyone else done a side by side test and noticed a big difference?

Yeah tried both. The cheap one warped on me after three months. Just spend the extra twenty bucks.
