Just realized my $3 magnesium spray does more for my sleep than the $60 pills ever did
My neighbor Carol caught me hauling a giant bottle of magnesium glycinate to the trash last Tuesday and asked what I was doing, and when I told her the pills gave me stomach cramps she just laughed and handed me a little spray bottle of magnesium oil from the health aisle at the co-op on 5th. I figured it was hippie nonsense, but I rubbed it on my feet before bed for 4 nights and woke up without that 3am jolt for the first time in I don't know how long. Turns out your skin actually takes it in and skips the whole digestion mess, which is the part nobody at the supplement store ever mentioned. Now I'm wondering what else I've been swallowing that would work way better just rubbed on, has anyone messed with topical stuff like this?
