My morning light hack went from 20 minutes to 40 after I moved to Portland
Used to sit by a south window in Phoenix for 15 minutes with coffee, now I'm in Portland using a $60 LED panel at 7am because the sun literally doesn't show up for weeks, has anyone else had to rework their circadian setup after moving somewhere darker?

Realized I was being smug about sunlight therapy, but wow this totally flipped my assumptions about light quality.
