PSA: Spent $120 on a red light panel that felt like a desk lamp
Tbh I bought one of those cheap red light panels off Amazon back in March thinking I'd get all the recovery benefits people hype up. After 6 weeks of daily use I measured zero change in my sleep or muscle soreness, and when I finally borrowed a friend's proper unit the difference was night and day. The cheap one just barely warms your skin, it's not actually delivering the right wavelength. Anyone else get burned by a budget version before they coughed up for the real thing?
