Red light panel vs sauna blanket, my wallet made the call

I only had $400 to spend after my last bloodwork showed my vitamin D tanked again, so I had to pick between a red light panel and a sauna blanket for winter recovery here in Minneapolis. I went with the panel because I can use it while I'm reading or working, not just sitting and sweating for 30 minutes. After 6 weeks of 10 minute morning sessions, my joint soreness from lifting is down maybe 40 percent, but my sleep didn't change at all. I'm curious if anyone else found sauna blankets better for that recovery day feeling, or if I should just save up for both?

Man, same here, panel saved my knees but did nothing for sleep.
