Had a customer return a sweater because the AI chat said it was 'wool blend' but it was 100% acrylic

I checked the product page myself after they complained and the listing clearly says acrylic, but the AI chatbot kept telling people it was wool based on old training data. Has anyone else run into AI responses contradicting their actual product specs?

Wait, is there any way for customers to accidentally trigger old AI responses by asking the wrong way in the chat? Like if they type "describe the sweater" vs "what's the material tag say"?

Oh man, that's a rough spot to be in. I've seen this happen before where the chat system got trained on an old product feed and just kept spitting out whatever it learned first. @wader71 you're probably right that asking it differently could trigger the old response, but in my experience the AI doesn't really "know" when to switch between answers - it just guesses based on what it's seen before.

Fuzzy wording definitely trips em up.
