My bot score hit 87 on a check and now I can't unsee the pattern in my own replies
I ran one of those AI text detectors on my own forum comments out of boredom and got an 87 percent bot score, which shocked me. I started copying my last 30 replies into a spreadsheet and found I used the same three sentence openers in 22 of them. "Great point" showed up 14 times and "I totally agree" 9 times, which is exactly the stuff bots spit out. Then a guy in my dog grooming Facebook group called me out for sounding like a chatbot, and honestly he was right. Has anyone else run their own writing through one of these and gotten a scary number back, or is 87 just normal for forum posts?
A guy in your dog grooming Facebook group called you out? That is wild, I would be so embarrassed I'd never post there again. My detector score was only 62 though so maybe you just really love saying "great point.
