That 'AI voice' test failed me on a real customer call last Tuesday
I tried that trick where you listen for robotic pauses or weird breathing to spot bots. A client from Dallas called in with a delivery issue, and I was sure her flat tone and clipped sentences meant she was AI. Turned out she was just exhausted after a 14 hour shift and my 'bot detection' made me short with her. She called me out on it and I felt terrible. Has anyone else had a false positive on a human using the AI tells?
Learned this the hard way too. Tired people sound like robots, it's just how it is.
Stop playing detective on calls and just be nice. Works way better.
