The dating app bot that outsmarted me in Portland last Friday

I matched with someone named 'Sarah' who seemed great. Good grammar, real answers, even joked about the rain. After 20 messages I asked to meet for coffee. She said yes. Then I asked what time worked, and she sent a link to a weather site. That was odd. I clicked it, and it was a phishing page. I called her out on it, and the account vanished in 10 minutes. That was one bad week for trusting anyone on Hinge. Has anyone else had a bot get that far before slipping up?

Honestly feels like every app is getting in on that scammy behavior these days...
