Rant: Hit 100 houseplants this week and I am exhausted
I walked around counting all my pots yesterday and somehow got to 103 plants crammed into my tiny apartment in Denver. The watering schedule alone takes me almost 2 hours every Sunday now and my humidity meter keeps screaming at me. Anyone else get to a number that made you stop and think you might have a serious problem?

Free air freshener" til your power bill looks like @jenny_lane12 said, then it's just expensive oxygen.

103 plants in a Denver apartment? Your electric bill must be insane running all those grow lights.

Yeah but think about it this way, that's 103 plants worth of free air freshener and humidity. She probably never has to buy a humidifier for the dry Colorado air. Plus if she ever loses power in a snowstorm she's got 103 backup salads waiting for her. I bet the real cost is therapy from trying to remember which ones need water on which days. Honestly sounds like a bargain compared to my friend who spends $200 a month on succulents that just die anyway.
