Saw a guy at the county fair try to start a trend by eating a raw corn dog

I was at the Kern County Fair last Saturday and this dude in a fringe vest was filming himself biting into a frozen corn dog straight from the vendor's case. He gagged through three bites while his friend kept zooming in on his face. Has anyone actually tried eating something raw on camera just for views?

The "starting to film a raw corn dog" thing reminds me of when I tried to eat a raw hot dog on a dare back in high school. It was cold, slimy, and the texture made me gag after one bite so I gave up, which is probably what's going to happen to that guy. I learned the hard way that forcing something weird on camera just makes you look desperate, not cool.
