Finally filled a whole monthly spread without skipping a day
I started bullet journaling back in March just to track my water intake, and I kept abandoning it after four or five days. This month I managed to stick with it every single day, and I can actually see the pattern of when I drink less. Has anyone else found a specific habit tracker that finally clicked after a few failed attempts?

3 liters a day. That was my number. Once I picked a target instead of just "more water" it finally clicked.

Wait, do people actually set specific targets like that? I always thought just tracking was enough, but seeing yours and @alice928's comments makes me wonder if I've been doing it wrong. I used to think the whole point was just to build awareness, not to hit a number. But after reading that robert_ross95 mentioned about the streak thing, it clicked. Picking a real goal made it feel like a game instead of a chore. Now I see why people stick with it. I might try the same thing next month and see if it works for me.
