I've run dozens of setups on a 90-ton and you're talking at least 45 minutes minimum just for outriggers, cribbing, and getting the boom pointed the right way. Unless you're counting from when the truck parks to when you're lifting a light load with no jib, that number sounds insane. Not buying it.
