My bullet journal actually helped me remember my parking zone this weekend

I went to downtown Austin on Saturday for a taco festival and normally I forget what parking zone I'm in. I started a little parking log in my bullet journal 3 months ago after getting 2 tickets in one month. This time I checked my spread before I walked away from the car. It had the street name, zone number, and even a little map sketch I did. I didn't get a ticket and it felt really good. Does anyone else keep random practical spreads like this in their journal?

Dude yes. I started keeping a similar thing after I got a ticket in a lot that had really confusing signage. Just a quick note of the lot name and spot number in my weekly spread. Saved me twice already.

Parking lot 7B near the mall got me once because the sign was completely hidden by a tree branch. I now take a photo of the spot number and lot name right when I park, then add it to my notes app with the date. Really cuts down on those frantic hunts after a long shopping trip.
