Switched from a monthly log to a daily rapid log and it saved my bullet journal from the trash bin
I spent six months trying to force monthly spreads with color coded habit trackers and decorative headers, then ditched it all for a plain rapid log with just tasks, events, and notes, and now I actually use the thing every single day instead of feeling guilty about a blank page - has anyone else found that simplifying your setup beat the urge to quit?

Wait you ditched color coding and it worked better? That goes against everything Pinterest told me.

Isn't it funny how the prettiest setups are the ones that make you feel the worst? I did the exact same thing. I had all these washi tape borders and a color key that took more time than the actual tracking. The day I just started writing the date, then a list of what I needed to do, and nothing else, that was the turning point. Now my weekly spread is literally just a line for Monday through Sunday under the date and nothing fancy. My habit tracker is a single checkbox next to "did I brush my teeth" and that's it. The whole thing takes maybe two minutes a day and I actually keep up with it.
