Broke a band saw blade mid-shift at a Saturday rush

Got slammed at the shop in Tulsa around 11am, six ribeyes and three whole chickens queued up. Blade snapped on a frozen pork shoulder, flung pieces across the cooler. I shut down the saw, swapped in my backup 3/4 inch blade, and finished the order but lost 15 minutes. Anybody run a backup blade reconditioning routine or just eat the cost like me?
