Hit 10,000 pounds of trim this week and my wrist is screaming

Been keeping track for about a year now. Never thought I'd actually hit that number. Feels good but also kind of crazy. My right wrist has been killing me for the last two months and I'm wondering if it's the repetitive motion or just getting older. Anyone else deal with this kind of pain after a big stretch of heavy trimming?

Oh, 10k is no joke. But you probably meant 10,000 pounds of trimmed material, not trim weight. Trim is just the sugar leaves and small buds, not the whole plant. I know some people call everything they take off "trim" but it's really the waste from the bigger buds. Anyway, hope you're taking care of that wrist. I wear a compression sleeve when I'm trimming a lot and it helps some. Also stretch your hands before you start.

Yeah I hear you Tessaperry I had carpal tunnel so bad last year I had to tape my scissors to my hand just to finish a shift.

Blew out my right wrist flipping burgers back in 2012. Had to wrap it in an ace bandage so tight my fingers went numb just to get through a Friday rush. @sean_barnes24 that taping your scissors to your hand is some next level dedication. Reminds me of when I used a rubber band to hold my spatula to my palm because I couldn't grip it anymore. Wrist problems are no joke and they sneak up on you fast. Hope you found a better solution since then.
