Hit 500 pounds of trim sausage sold at my shop since January and I did not see that coming
When I started keeping a tally on the whiteboard in the back, I figured we would sell maybe 150 pounds by summer, so I am wondering if other shops track their numbers like this or if I am just wasting time with the marker.
