Overheard a customer at the market call a pork shoulder 'the cheap cut'

I was picking up a few things at the local market in Springfield last week and heard a guy point to a pork shoulder and say that to his friend. It made me think about how we talk about cuts with customers. I always try to explain how a slow cook can make it amazing, you know? How do you guys handle those kinds of comments when you're at the counter?

Yeah, that's the best part. You get to show them how a cheap cut can be the star of the meal.

What, did he want a gold-plated pork chop instead?

But honestly, sometimes a cheap cut is still just a cheap cut. You can cook it for hours and it's still tough. I get what @young.ryan is saying about making it the star, but that takes a ton of work and the right tools. Most people just end up with a greasy, chewy piece of meat, so maybe wanting something better isn't so crazy?
