Hit 500 shutter repairs last month and it hit me differently
I had no idea I'd crossed that many until I went back through my logs for a tax thing. 500 shutters is a lot of tiny springs and patient fingers. Has anyone else found that keeping a simple count gives you a weird sense of progress?
Counted every single screw and bracket on a job once and it actually felt good to see that number on paper. Little wins like that add up faster than you realize, just keep stacking them up.
Started logging time spent vs screws saved on each repair and it actually changed how I price my jobs now. Do you track anything besides the final count that surprised you?
