Paid $300 for a PR apology rewrite from a service in Miami, wish I hadn't
My client hired this firm to craft a public statement after his old tweets resurfaced, but the response just made people angrier because it dodged every real issue. Has anyone here had better luck with an apology consultant or is it always a cash grab?

Real fix is actually deleting old tweets, no statement survives screenshots anyway.
