Showerthought: that mattress brand that got roasted for the bed-in-a-box smell basically owns my whole street now
So I got one of those mattresses back in 2019 when everyone was dragging them for off-gassing and the CEO's weird blog posts. Gave it 3 nights to air out in my garage in Tucson and it was fine, still sleeping on it. Now I drive past their storefront twice a week on Speedway and it's packed every time, nobody cares anymore. Same deal with that coffee chain that had the meltdown over union stuff, my crew still grabs cold brew there every Friday. Feels like most of these cancellations have a 6 month shelf life and then we just move on. Do you all actually hold the line or do you quietly go back too?
