Totally get this. That whole crying video thing got me too and I bought the same lip balm she was pushing like two days later. Looking back it's kind of funny how fast I folded. The worst part is the balm wasn't even good, it was waxy and smelled weird. So now I'm out twenty bucks and I still watched the whole apology like it was a movie. Live and learn I guess.
