Am I the only one who thinks those expensive seam rollers are a waste?
I spent $80 on a high-end seam roller after everyone swore by it, and my $15 cheap one from the hardware store actually gives me better results every time. Has anyone else found the premium gear just doesn't live up to the hype?

Wait, you paid $80 for a roller and it peeled up edges? That's insane.

Started using a cheap hardware store roller after my expensive one kept peeling up edges. The premium one felt fancy but just didn't grip the same way. My cheap roller applies even pressure every time. I think a lot of this stuff is just branding hype. Save your money for things that actually matter.

Has anyone else noticed that cheap brushes sometimes work better too? I bought a set of fancy ones for a mural project and they shed bristles everywhere. @davis.olivia, that roller thing reminds me of my dad swearing by a beat-up putty knife from the 80s over any new one. The old stuff just has something to it that the new high-end gear can't copy.
