I think that singer's apology for the 2022 concert mess was actually pretty good

Everyone is tearing apart the video from three years ago where she talked about the sound problems at the Chicago show. I watched it again and she named the specific tech issue, gave a clear timeline for fixing it, and didn't blame her team. What makes an apology feel real to you guys?

Oh man, my buddy messed up a big group trip last year. What made it okay was he just said "I messed up the dates, here's the new plan" without any excuses. That's the stuff that feels real, you know?

Your buddy nailed it. I see this at work all the time (the good managers, anyway). When someone just owns a mistake and gives you the fix, it builds way more trust than a long story about why it wasn't really their fault. It cuts through the noise.
