That apology video from the actress on that drama show was so staged I almost threw my phone

I sat through 12 minutes of her crying about that leaked set video where she screamed at a PA, and every single tear came from a tissue she kept dabbing before any actual crying. She used 4 tissues in 3 minutes and never once got a red nose or puffy eyes from real emotion. Has anyone else clocked an apology that was this obviously scripted from start to finish?

Exactly, the tissue timing gave it away as pure performance with no real feeling behind it.

Three stages of my own crying got caught on a ring camera last month. Stage one was the sniffle warm-up, stage two was the ugly face crinkle, and stage three was full waterworks with zero dignity. The worst part is when you try to stop but your face just keeps leaking and you look like a hostage blinking for help. I find it way more humiliating when my voice cracks at the exact wrong moment during a serious conversation. Solidarity though, some of us just have poor emotional plumbing.
