That YouTuber's apology video had more cuts than a horror movie

Just watched some influencer say sorry for a sponsorship mess and counted 37 jump cuts in a 3 minute video. Either they're editing out tears or they're trying to hide how fake the whole thing is. Anyone else notice how many cuts a bad apology hides?

Isn't it funny how the ones with the most cuts always seem to be rehearsing a script instead of actually feeling sorry?

Honestly yeah I used to think people were just overanalyzing these apology videos. But watching one with that many cuts really changed my mind. It's hard to take someone seriously when they can't even get through a sentence without stopping.

Watched one of those apology videos the other day and I think I counted more jump cuts than my actual brain cells that morning. Pretty sure I edit my grocery list with less effort than they put into saying "my bad.
