Honestly, the whole 'secret wedding' story about that pop star couple is totally wrong

Tbh, I saw three different gossip sites run with it last week, but I know for a fact they were just at a family party in Austin. My friend works at the venue and sent me a picture of the actual event flyer. It's so easy for them to twist a normal dinner into some big hidden ceremony. Has anyone else noticed how often they do this with private events?

Wait, @daniela85 actually had the invite? That's wild.

Last year, my cousin's baby shower got reported as a secret wedding for some actor. I had the actual invitation saved on my phone, so I just posted a screenshot of it in the comments of the biggest gossip article. The story was gone by the next morning. Having that direct proof is the only thing that works.

Smart move posting the actual invite. Gossip sites fold fast when you have real proof.
