Ran into a gossip blogger at a diner in Nashville last month who spilled all her secrets

I was eating alone at this greasy spoon near Music Row, and this woman at the next table was on a loud phone call. She was a gossip blogger (like a real one with a big following) and she laughed about how she just makes up half her stories from blurry photos. She said a blurry pic of two celebs eating together can become a secret romance if she writes it right. I asked her about a rumor I read online, and she admitted it was totally fake. Now when I see a wild claim, I check the photo quality first. Anyone else ever meet someone who works in the rumor mill and got the real story?

Wait does that mean half the drama on my feed is just people with good photo editing skills? Kinda makes you wonder how many "scandals" we've all fallen for that started with a blurry iphone shot.
