TIL that YouTube thumbnail with the "shocked face" was actually from a 2014 video

I was scrolling through nostalgia videos last Tuesday, and this health guru thumbnail popped up with a guy losing his mind over a supplement. Turns out that exact face was clipped from a 2014 video where he was reacting to his dog knocking over a fish tank. The headline said "DOCTORS HATE THIS ONE TRICK" but the actual footage had zero doctor talk, just a wet living room. It made me think about how much we've all gotten used to these recycled expressions. My own feed is full of the same shocked mouths pointing at nothing real. I get that thumbnails need to grab attention, but is a straight up reused face from a different context just a lie? Has anyone else caught a thumbnail that was clearly stolen from an old clip? I'd love to hear what you all spotted.

...and honestly at this point a shocked face on a thumbnail is just the internet's version of a "wet floor" sign, it doesn't mean anything, it just tells you to be careful. So this doctor-hating guru got caught with his pants down, or his living room wet, and now his face is forever tied to a fish tank tragedy in my mind. Your mileage may vary, but I'll take a soggy carpet over another fake supplement pitch any day.
