My V60 dripper cracked mid pour last Saturday and I dumped 22 grams of beans straight into the sink
I was brewing a washed Ethiopian from a local roaster here in Austin, poured the bloom water, and the ceramic just split right down the side. I stood there holding the soggy filter while the whole dose of coffee went down the drain, then spent 10 minutes wiping grounds off the counter. Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone know if the plastic version is actually worth the switch or am I just asking for trouble again?
