Used to defend every single comic book movie adaptation online. Now I just roll my eyes and move on.

Honestly it was around 2019 when I got into a 3 hour argument on a forum about the Batman suit in the Snyder cut. I was typing paragraphs at 2am defending every little detail. Then I realized none of these people are gonna change their minds and I was just wasting my energy. Now when I see someone hating on a casting choice or a costume change I just close the tab. Has anyone else just hit a wall with caring about this stuff?

Used to think all the hate was just people being cynical for no reason. Then I saw the internet meltdown over Ben Affleck's Batman and realized nobody was ever going to be happy. Watched people complain about the Flash suit having too many zippers and the next week complain about the Superman suit being too clean. That's when it clicked for me, nobody actually cares about the movie, they just want something to be angry about. Now I just scroll past the costume debates and wait for the actual film to drop.

Wait, you mean people on the internet actually sat down and counted the zippers on a superhero suit?

When did you finally stop caring about the arguments?
