Heard a client say my foils looked like a zebra crossing, now I can't unsee it

So yesterday in the shop, I had this client from Austin and she's looking in the mirror mid-process and goes, 'oh wow, that's like a zebra crossing pattern.' She meant it as a compliment but now every time I do highlights I just see stripes on a road. Took me a full 20 minutes to stop laughing and finish the section. Has anyone else had a client say something so off the wall it stuck with you during work?

Ha! That's hilarious. I once had a guy tell me my balayage looked like "smoke from a campfire," and now I just stare at my work thinking about s'mores the whole time. It's like clients have this weird talent for planting images in your head that never leave.
