Heard a guy at the union hall say he always greases his hook block bearings every 40 hours instead of the book's 50

I tried it on my Liebherr LTM 1050 after last month's big job and the block spun way smoother on the next pick. Has anyone else bumped up their grease schedule and seen a difference?

Ha, I grease things early too but mostly because I forget when I last did it.

Ngl, I do the same. Extra grease never hurt nobody.

Grease is like trust issues, once you skip it everything starts squeaking.
