inA customer swore by putting their overheating laptop in the fridge for five minutes and I thought they were nuts
Yeah I read this article from a tech blog that said laptops can hit 95°C inside while gaming, and that's way past safe limits for the components. Condensation risk seems worth it compared to that kind of heat damage!

inWasted $120 on a preset pack that was just stolen from DeviantArt artists
Reverse image search has saved me more times than I can count. I also look at the seller's social media history - if they only post about selling stuff and never show their own art, that's a huge red flag. Another tip is to check the file names in the brush pack before you buy. If they look like they were renamed in bulk or have random numbers, it's probably stolen from a free pack. I've started only buying from creators who post their process on YouTube or Twitch so I can see they actually know how to make these things. The curated bundle thing is such a common scam these days that I just skip any listing that uses that exact phrase.

inA client's one comment made me switch my entire shampoo line
@jordan_henderson13 nailed it, one honest complaint can rearrange your whole workflow. I switched my entire lather routine after a guy said my shampoo left his hair feeling like straw, turned out I was overcleaning with harsh surfactants. Now I pay way more attention to how clients describe their scalp reactions, it's saved me a lot of return visits.

inHad to choose between a $1500 used frame rack or a new stud welder for my garage. Bought the welder and just pulled a quarter panel on a Civic.
Did you use the welder for anything else yet?
