Started drinking more water in the cab and it changed my whole shift

I used to get headaches and feel tired by mid-afternoon, especially on hot days. Now I keep a big water bottle with me and sip every hour. It keeps my mind clear and helps with concentration during lifts. Isn't it wild how something so basic can make such a big difference?

I always thought water was overrated until I tried drinking more at work.

Ever notice other body changes too, like your skin or energy? I started after reading sage_jackson56's thing about the habit struggle... it's not just the head fog. My joints felt less creaky, like an old door getting oiled, and I stopped wanting an afternoon nap so bad. Went from sipping maybe one glass to basically mainlining the stuff.

Sounds like you're just bored at work.

Feel this so hard, used to think it was boring but forcing myself to drink a full bottle before lunch is a game changer. My brain fog in the afternoons got way better and I stopped getting those gross headaches. Took forever to build the habit though, I'd forget for days then feel like total sludge. Now my water bottle is basically glued to my desk, it's wild how such a simple thing changes your whole day.
